One Coordinated Project Team

A shared direction depends on clear responsibilities and coordinated information. We connect the urban-design and planning work with the specialist advice a project requires.

01

One direction, clear responsibilities

When a project requires professional architecture or engineering, BORDEAUX plus retains an appropriately authorized Architect-of-Record or P.Eng. subconsultant. The subconsultant takes professional responsibility for its own regulated work.

02

Keep the team aligned

  • Identify the specialist inputs required for the agreed scope.
  • Coordinate information and interfaces between disciplines.
  • Bring consultant materials together for planning submissions.
  • Track review comments, responsibilities and revisions.
03

Make the next decision visible

Coordination helps the team understand the questions that remain, the information needed and who is responsible for each next step.
